Not sure of the other IT guys here. Just like any cellphones, the Huawei USB modem can also be unlocked so you can use other sim cards. Globe Tattoo Broadband is the best in its class because it allows you to make phone calls aside from sending and receiving text messages. However, if you're stocked in an island (or building in my case) and there's no 3G signal, you wont be able to benefit the fast connection.
