RPM
I just got off the gym and I was soooo tired.
I never thought RPM was tiring.
I was virtually breathless when the class ended.
My knees are shaking and my butt is aching because of hard seat.
It was fun though.
The class is almost full. I entered the room 5 mins before 7 and I got the 15th bike.
Nobody's seating in front of me and a lot of people are took the back.
I didn't know it was RPM.
I thought it was just the regular cycling which is easier yet more exciting.
RPM is different.
It made me really tired...
Although its like cycling where you pedal along with the music, RPM's intensity is different.
Or its just the bike I'm using? I dunno...
I got tire! That's it...
